Congrats! Glad to read that your baby is ok, and I hope that the issues your wife is facing resolve well. We've had 2 kids with nary a complication, so we are extremely lucky.

One thing my wife always does is take 1 full month immediately after birth and goes on a strict Buddist/Taiwanese diet. She's very limited in what she can eat and it's all very healthy. She also stays (mostly) inside. If she were back home, her mother would probably try to keep her in bed for the whole month. Actually, she's expecting at the end of November with our 3rd, so I'm curious to see how she copes with all the Thanksgiving/Christmas goodies and travel. Probably won't be as healthy this time
Hey November-May... you didnt find out until recently I guess, congrats! Im shooting for 3 but I have to pick and choose my times I reckon to broach that subject .

That is the kind of advice I would like to see from our doctor on diet and limited activities. You have to pry and ask a lot of questions to get anything out of them it seems. I have never really ever been hospitalized but these doctors will blow smoke up your ass all day long and a simple "I dont know" is not in their vocabulary; her stroke like symptoms are still unexplained and they dont seem to be concerned at all after diagnosing them as "complex migraines" which sounds like bs to me. Thats a rant for another day though. Thanks again for the well wishes everyone.
