Well, that depends how much priority you give it. If family or a friend invites you to come on the date we set here and you then drop the CDZ gathering, then it's better not to plan far in advance. But on the other hand there's the first-come-first-serve rule of fist, in which case you can't be too early.
But my [u]guess</u> is deciding on a date early would suit more people.

I just meant to say that it is difficult to plan that far ahead because other things may come up... Work, etc.
But so far it looks pretty quiet in july for me.
So, july 19th. Sounds good to me.
