I found a cheap one that I've read several pretty good reviews on. http://www.trendtimes.com/tretert.html

At just under $60, I might go ahead and get two of them. It's hard to gauge whether or not they'd be hard to control or not, because every single one of them says a "10 year old will be flying in minutes!"
