I ruptured a muscle in my lower calf last week (I'm in track athletics) so I can barely walk. Crap.

I just realise that I've got a skimap of the 'les 3 vallees' area (courchevel, meribel, val thorens) hanging in front of me. Bizarre.

Hi guys, I'm back!!! Went to les Menuires (same valley as Val Thorens but a few 100 meters lower, VT was sold out on 12 persons chalets on september already)

After years of skiing IO tried the snowboard this week. My right site neck/shoulder/breast/upper arms muscles are severly bruised/stretched up and hence hurting. But: no pain, no gain :)

Picking up the pbem games and at your disposal as forum admin again too!
