New season is here! How did everyone do in the first round of the cup?

I won my game 0-7, always nice to get the season off to a good start with a high scoring win so I'm happy with that.

Won 1-6 away PICing.

The game went perfect. No injuries and such. And the opponent didn't get a higher midfield than expected.

I decided to PiC my match, because I would lose 9 out of 10 times. And I need good spirits for the league. 4 minutes before the end I was 4-2 ahead. I lost it in the 92th minute (4-5)........

EDIT: 155 hatstats while PiC-ing and 42 stars. My previous star record was 41 and my hatstats record (MotS) is 160. That at least is promising.

I won 0-7, first hattrick of the season for Bling Bing. At least, I hope...

picced with a 2-5-3 formation to optimize my passing training. won 3-5. another plus 4 so I will keep emplowing 7 doctors for a while.

1-8 win, but only 3300 spectators. :(

Bad luck btw Aggie, I know how you feel, I lost a 5th round cup tie a couple of season ago 7-8 on penalties after being up 5-3 in the 90th minute. That definitely sucks.

unfortunatly my next opponent looks to have the midfield edge over me and my stadium expansion wont be completed by the time i play him so my cup profits wont be as high as i want :)

On the plus note soon i'll have my first player worth 1million £ :)

Won 1-2, but my money trainee got injured (short term, but I'd like him healthy for league play).

Downside is my fans didn't get too excited about it, hopefully I can raise their mood and get some attendance early (because it sure won't come late).

my prediction was a bit low. I didn't realize that the bot would only field a 2-3-3 formation. I injured one of those so he shouldn't be able to field a team in his first league match. on the bright side, I had 2 players score 4 goals and another score the remaining 2. I also got the obligatory 7000 fans at a bot's stadium. Not a lot of dough but it did get me back in the black.

Bad luck Aggie, but it might work out for you if you have a tough opponent in the first couple of weeks since they'll be focusing on the cup.

Congrats BCLG, but that million pounds will fly away as soon as it comes in
