Mobile Phones - Do you have one?
 

After watching an interesting program tonight, I thought I'd ask...

Do you have a mobile phone?

yes i do. it is also my ONLY phone.

Why do you ask? Did you learn that there's some weird chip inside that turns us all into zombies? [:o]

Of course I have one! Who can live without them?

I can ! I used to have one but lost it in the Rotterdam subway. Which was a pity, because I got that one for free from a friend who had two and didn't need it anymore. And most mobile companies don't seeem to give away phones for free anymore [cry]
The only reason I'd need another one though is when travelling with our wonderful national railway company.

No but I want one.

yes / no rather than how many? The one that is paid for by the firm gets used a lot more than the personal one, more than nil is not difficult.

Well, duh ! ;)

I was being ironic, of course. The reason I'd need a mobile is that our wonderful national train company has so many delays, causing one to miss so many connections, and inform people in advance that you're not going to make it somewhere on time.

*sigh* oh to have a national train company, you're lucky!! for all it's faults British Rail was a dam sight better than the likes of Virgin and Connex...
