Why Gandhi Is Such An Asshole In Civilization

So basically they forgot to put something like:

Code:

if (value < 2)

{

    value = 0;

}

else

{

    value = value - 2;

}

This original bug should have been kept on Civ1 only. Why build on such a myth in the series?
