IMO, Foxtrick addon for Firefox provides all the resources needed. It is free, comes with links, and it updates itself quite promptly after the rule changes.

I quite like the predictive training from HO! though, i'd sttopped using it when it hadn't been fixed to take account of stamina but it seems to be working fine now.

Lost my quli 3-2 which was disapointing. I guess this stems from a MOTS a couple of games previously as well as 2/3rds of my defence being injured. I'm not too downhearted as I think this will give me more time to blood my new trainees.
