Anyone been watching it? I know Bas is in to his cricket...

The Aussies look to be on their way out currently, at least they haven't collapsed as badly as the W.Indies did.

I'm concerned that half the England team have already buggered off home for some reason or another.

Havent been watching it but sort of followed it a bit when the cup started, mostly to see how the dutch would perform after the amazing win over England in the 20/20 WC. But after the first few matched I kinda let it slide, a 6 week tourny is a bit too long for my taste.

I never watched a cricket game.

Although I heard on the news that Canada won a game!

I've 'watched' a few on battrick. Does that count? :)

Australia out of the World Cup for the first time in 11 years. Hardly surprising but I did expect a bit more considering India's situation at one point.

Whilst South Africa continue to justify their reputation as chokers by somehow managing to lose the game. The two losses have been very England-esque thus far but hopefully it wont happen against Sri lanka tomorrow. This side of the draw is very open now SA have gone out.

I still say it's India's year.

Well England had another standard performance, balls up to begin with- play way back into it, balls up during the powerplay, finish with a slight flourish.

Then we've gone for an inventive way for the second innings of allowing Sri Lanka's opening pair to play themselves in and seeing how much we can be punished.

And England went promptly out of the tournament without taking a single wicket in the quarter final. A combination of the team not being good enough, too much cricket and half the team injuring themselves out there i think.

Ireland beating England was the highlight for me :)
