this looks like fun i might give it a go. otherwise it will be a few years before i ever get to that stage in a PBEM

Manhattan Project hasn't been built yet. But nukes simply exist just like any other game. But I think most people will have built Strategic Defense Shield before anyone else has finished Manhattan Project, at least, if everyone is smart enough. ;)

We could just agree to a nuclear arms treaty where there are no nukes allowed.
