Well, WOW is just great, i played diablo and diablo II
Spent like 3 years on diablo II and still never got to lvl 99 :D
Anyways, as most ppl above has posted, WOW is just one huge game, and as mel said, it took me 5 months to get to lvl 60 with my hunter. Thing is the amount of ppl that you meet and things to do. I mean, in Diablo II, you solo any of the bosses at anytime, in WOW, the harder bosses takes 40 ppl to kill one mob, and thats damn hard to do. Theres a video of a guild that killed ONYXIA, one of the big ass dragons in the game. The fight took like 13 minutes on one boss. . . . just to give an idea. And then the item farming starts. Its not like in diablo where you go, kill boss, and repeat for like a zillion times. If theres a lot of ppl in the raid, and one item drop you have to roll "dice" to see who rolls higest, and that person then gets the item, and you cant trade or sell it sometimes to other ppl. So the only way to get it, it to do it over and over till you one day get the item.
