It's a holiday near Ommen.
On holiday near Ommen, so I can experience the neighbourhood Stapel grew up in. The revolution of fast mobile internet hasn't arrived here yet so I'm stuck with GPRS speed, oh joy.
So Shabba, that CoH match has to wait for a week. PBEM wont be problem. Luckily I quit WoW a while ago already or I'd be going very cold turkey. |

Where were you and how was it? |
The holiday was great, lot's of swimming and cycling with the kids (cycling with kids on the back of the cycle that is, too young to cycle themselves for long distances at that time.) Also went to the leprachaun forest or something. Kids loved it.
Internet remained crappy throughout the whole week though. I played quite a lot of old Zelda games during the week on my DS/GBA. Finished 'the minish cap' and made quite some progress with the Zelda Oracle games. Managed to buy those second hand. Should dig those out again, cause I let that slide again after the holiday. |
Since my grandparents lived around there (and my parents do now) I also know the area, so: Where were you ?
|
So how about that game of CoH?
|
@Rik, not really sure where we were exactly. Looked at the map of Ommen and surroundings and didnt recognise any of the little places near it.
@Shabba I've lost my vanilla CoH cd, must still be somewhere (prolly in the same spot as my WoW WotLK DVD, lost them around the same time) Usually this means I found a really good spot to store them so I wouldn't lose em. I still have my opposing fronts cd, but I doubt I can install that without the original vanilla one. And I need a fresh install as my old pc's have all died. |
You can play OF without Vanilla.
|
Cool, will install it then.
|
Found my CoH vanilla CD as well!
