Cut the Crap (spoiler)
 

To cut the crap, I'll start with pictures. First, my starting position in the game before the restart. Lots of cows, some gold... not bad. Although two turns after this screenshot, I could see the border of the Ottoman Empire to the west of me.

I think that this start is even better. My capital Semelaria can be a population booster, and Nidaros will be a nice production town. For now, let's hope that my neighbours are not too nearby.

You should have seen that start before Memphus suggested I tone it down. You'd of had a size 20 (as unhappy as it may have been) before 0AD.

You're a very lucky man. I think you're the first member whose new pbem forum isn't celebratory spammed before the first spoiler has been posted.

Why are you building a work boat btw? Scouting? And I must say that the resources close to Nidaros also prove you are lucky.
