I didn't have enough to push for a second town as the RNG was pretty bad. Barbu looks like he's trying to setup a landing or a distraction. I have 2 core towns doing Cav's every 2T, so I'm not really worried either way. However, he does have about 8 MW's about 2T from my Western border.

well Rik captured a bunch of trebs and cats on my last turn and thankfully disbanded them instead of using them against me.
