It's the popquiz' 10th anniversary!! Very easy song this time, but an appropriate one

any chance of throwing something light and fluffy in...the only music i listen a pop radio station on the way to work in the morning...they don't play any of this sort of stuff. Otherwise try me for some aussie turns....the time has come...to say fairs fair...the say the fact..to play it fair....does anybody know that song (i don't know if the words are exactly right...you know how it is when you sing along drunk)
