I propose that in true CDZ style akots be replaced by Col as figurehead captain for this game.

Nothing against akots of course, but it would only be fair for him to pass on the baton.

anarres or Kemal would be invaluable due to their Deity experience.
Aggie, JackMerchant, Ville or Killer wuld earn automatic places due to their AW experience.

@Meli: I have not yet signed up for this one. Yet already you ask me to retire? [lol]

I have played a few AW games including AWM, AWE, XNO-AWE, OCC-AWM, and OCC-AWE and somewhat contributed to OCC-AWS. Must admit it is a bit better than 100K culture, although a pretty tedious game in general. Just needs some very accurate play.

I've had my arse handed to me on solo AW games. AWD loosens my bowels somewhat.

Socralynnek also signed up for the CDZ team at CFC. I added him the access to this forum.

I've given it a thought and I'm not signing up for this one. I have a rather bad experience with AW games when people do not clearly know what they are doing. Or doing something despite they were told to do differently. I would then get mad and somewhat upset and fun would be lost. I would have signed up probably but with another company or another type of game when each little mistake is not fatal and which has to be played with surgical precision. Besides, it is a time committment I apparently cannot afford right now.

The team is ready with 5 strong players and there is a possibility to accomodate another one since it is very difficult to persuade Anarres to play his turns. ;)

Socralynnek shows a very consistent and good GOTM results recently. Although must admit, he's more active in the hattrick forum.

Anyways to prove my credentials, I've just been rebuilding (and I mean software) the Main Unix Server at our biggest clients.
2 days of complete hell trying to get all the components re-installed.

You also opened the SGOTM6 forum.

It seems that mad-bax has to be added automatically as well. That will spare him the application post. Might also consider automatically adding other regular lurkers from the previous game.

Had just added mad-bax after reading anarres post on CFC.

Also the admins opened SGOTM6 when they moved it. I see little chance in it mattering much.
I am against adding anyone else by default in this forum, CFC can monitor ip addresses, we can't.
