Killer vs Kingreno --MAPMADE--

Would anyone like to make a special map for me and killer with the following specs:

Continents, both have our own continent. standard size.
I play India, Killer is Spain.

We both want ONE close AI-neighbour. To be more specific. India (me) starts close to the Ottomans. Spain starts close to Germany.

And NO other AI's at all. just the pets. [crazyeye]

The difficulty is Monarch, and NO barbs whatsoever.

We should both have 4 lux and all resources on our continents.
