Deity +1 Settler for humans difficulty (Easy Deity, IIRC)
Both civs with Sci/Rel traits
Tech rates DOUBLED with min research set to 8 and max to 80[eek]
Both civs start with Monarchy as their government (and, I assume, the Monarchy tech...not sure how that works) in addition to the default Sci/Rel techs (bronze working, cer burial).

Other settings to make a nice world with lots of green [goodjob] at least for me...heh. Barbs set on sedentary or roaming.
