for all non-germans:

there is somehting in German called 'die Arschkarte'. If you get it you lost, like, if all draw a card rfom a pack and it is agreed that who draw the 2 of spades has to do the bad job at hand then that card is the ass-card -> who gets it is the ass.

Well, imagine your boss decides that from now on YOU carry out the trash - congrats, you just got the ass-card......
