Ok, this is my deal with Aggie at the moment. I'm just too nice these days.;) Not only that I don't use the "teleportation" exploit, I also help him to get his UU fast by giving him Chemistry and Education in advance exchanging his free ind. tech. Here is the log of our deal:

Aggie says:
hi moonsinger
Moonsinger says:
Hi Aggie
Aggie says:
I can get a cheaper price from the AI; I'd rather see the AI get that money when I can choose
Moonsinger says:
Chemistry would definitely help you get closer to Military Tradition...(note: I'm only 1 tech away from Navigation)
Moonsinger says:
How much did they offer you?
Moonsinger says:
Can be cheaper than 1000 gold, I think.
Moonsinger says:
I mean can't be cheaper than 1000 gold.
Aggie says:
maybe, but I won't help my opponent in the driver's seat like that
Aggie says:
you'd have the money for rushing a lot of units
Moonsinger says:
You see...if you buy Chemistry from me, that may defer me from paying you a visit once Navigation is discovered.
Aggie says:
hmmm
Moonsinger says:
True! I'm only 1 tech away from Navigation.
Aggie says:
I wonder whether it would be clever to visit me
Moonsinger says:
Well, while your army is out fighting the Roman, you back door will be undefended.
Aggie says:
i have peace with the romans
Moonsinger says:
But you will expand again...and you will fight them again, right?
Aggie says:
i will, but not when I know what your plans may be...that would be foolish
Aggie says:
then I'd better wait for Military Tradition
Moonsinger says:
Btw, nice RCP core...hope you don't mind moving my capital there.
Aggie says:
well, I do mind
Moonsinger says:
Btw, I have a tactic to run by you.
Aggie says:
anyway: you talk about nice prices...those are not it.
Moonsinger says:
If I move my capital there, do you object if I instantly transfer all my troops there as well?
Aggie says:
so I'd better not trade with you then
Aggie says:
well, when you take my capital I don't think I will play on
Moonsinger says:
How about 600 gold for Education?
Aggie says:
you obviously know the prices of the techs, but again the AI has a similar deal (better for me)
Moonsinger says:
Basically, I can just give away one of my little town -> instantly transfer all my troops to my capital. Yes, it's an exploit and I have asked you before we started the game.
Moonsinger says:
I won't do it if you object.
Aggie says:
and I did agree?
Moonsinger says:
To be fair, you can change your mind now.
Aggie says:
hmmm, I played too many honourable games
Moonsinger says:
Yes, me too...exactly why I discuss this with you first.
Aggie says:
I don't like these exploits...and not because you probably know them better
Moonsinger says:
I won't do it if you don't like it.
Moonsinger says:
Ok, then I won't do it. Will ships my troops the old fashion way.
Aggie says:
That's OK
Moonsinger says:
How about an offer for Education?
Aggie says:
I'm not going to offer more than 2/3 of the AI price
Moonsinger says:
If I give you both Education and Chemistry, will you give me your free Ind tech?
Moonsinger says:
2/3 of the AI price is ok.
Aggie says:
if we ever get that far...yes
Moonsinger says:
Does that mean a yes?
Aggie says:
edu, chemistry for my free tech? OK
Moonsinger says:
Ok, it's a deal! I do hope you get railroad.
Aggie says:
i understand that! Deal
Aggie says:
this is either a super distraction or we postopne the war for a while
Moonsinger says:
When it's my turn, I will send both of them over.
Aggie says:
ok
Moonsinger says:
To be perfectly honest, I have no troop to throw at you.
Aggie says:
and I like this deal a lot better, because money would give you troops
Moonsinger says:
But you must give your free tech right away at the turn you discover it, right?
Aggie says:
sure
Aggie says:
do we have an open thread?
Moonsinger says:
Basically, you can try to sell it first if you want, but at the end of that turn, you must hand it over. Deal?
Aggie says:
this conversation would fit nicely in that
Aggie says:
deal!
Moonsinger says:
Ok!
Moonsinger says:
Yes, we should have an open thread.

All of this happened on turn 154. Moonsinger is realy hurting the Celts (and snatched a couple of great wonders). I'm waiting for better times...

The constant war between the Celts and American had helped me greatly. Currently, I'm leaving all the Celtic rebells alone and camping all my troop outside recently captured cities - what Aggie doesn't know is that there are a lot of culture flipping in every turn.:( Therefore, I'm on mission to wipe out the Celts once and for all. Only 4 more Celtic towns to go and they are mostly defended by spearmans - good work out for riders. Here is a snapshot of my joy city that I fear to enter. It's going to flip any time now.

Aggie: As you may have noticed, I do have a lot of gold left over from my golden age (over 2K gold)...therefore, I don't really need your money anyway.;)
