Is anyone on this forum in the position to obtain this?

Popular Classics is a British Magazine. I'd like to have the feb 2003 issue. I don't expect much :), especially since I am looking for an old issue, but when I don't shoot, I'll miss anyway.

Some mags offer their back issues for a while. Maybe Popular Classics has that service too.
