This is my start position against CB. I am chinese and CB is Spanish.
Its emperor+ on a standard sized panagaea map with less than the max no. of civs. It was against CB that I had the goody hut not anarres and much better a lux in the start radius-sweet.

On the issue of security I am somewhat suprised and dissappointed that when I was recovering images from saves I found that when I clicked on the wrong save I was taken to the starting confirmation box of an opposing player after being challenged for a password where I hit enter expecting to be bounced. I of course Ctrl-ALT-del out of civ but this seems really crap.
