What's '1.14 fixing'?

1.14 fixing = setting up a custom map in PTW 1.14. In later versions they 'fixed' it so that you can't save in mid-turn. This prevents a silly reload bug/cheat (which they should have actually fixed instead of 'hidden' imo!) but also prevents a 3rd party setting up a custom map with player password protection...
