Anarres vs Gothmog - MAP MADE

We would like a standard map diety/pangea everything else random. Gothmog is going to be Persia and anarres will be china.

Admin Password is 'admin'. Gothmog is first.

Gothmog, if you play your first PBEM: first type in the admin password and then the password of your choice!

I just loaded this bad boy up and wasn't asked for any password? Also it looks like China is first?

Anyway, I played a turn as China and saved. I'll post in anarres's forum

what???? that's not good [eek] I have to try this myself. It's sounds like I messed it up.

EDIT: Gothmog, when I load the save, I get asked for a password as the persians ... That is how it should be...

Hmm, within 9 tiles of Gothmogs capital are 6 different lux's (about 15 lux's in total - so several to trade too). I have 1 lux in that distance: a single dye. My second lux is 13 tiles away over 10 tiles of mountain.

I don't want a restart, but I'd rather not face a 6-1 lux deficit again. [sad]

If the surrounding land was swapped I could cope with the lux difference better, but the land I have nearby to expand in to is a fraction of the size of Gothmogs.

IIRC, we actually swapped starting positions in the beginning (a good thing).

I have to say that I took a close look at this map and it's slightly unbalanced in favour of Gothmog.
But thats' ok : he's a noob :D
