smart AI??

I`m still geting used to deciphering the AI totally.. it seems to be ok most of the time although so far in my games I`ve only once had built up a big empire which got dented by another big empire. Most of the time the AI comes swarming in but fails to use it`s troops effectively and they get softened too much by city garrison attacks.. but now the AI tricked me nicely in a game. Have a look. I used a citadel earlier to get the gold inside cultural borders, now the AI leanred from me and gave me a cookie :)
