So what's up with this Hattrick Open thingie?

Well, I applied for a voucher to have a look at it, got one and created a tournament.
What's really up there, I don't know. It's a beta test anyway...
I joined your thing but not entirely sure what i'm supposed to be doing with it!
I see that there are 7 teams in that tournament now. When can we start Ynnek?

BTW, BCLG and PP, you need to pick your players before the tourney starts.
Are my players not just the same as the ones that i have on a daily basis?

did you warn him already? if so you can kick him otherwise send him an ht-mail or so. he might not know he still has to select palyers.

Depends on what you want to invest in the game. Ynnek invited us based on a voucher he received for the beta-test.
As soon as it really goes live you have to pay for games......

That depends on your ambition level. You can make a standart line-up and play with that the whole tournement. but it takes me about 5 minutes per match. not counitng the time i am just waisting. :-)
We're is ProPain when you need him???!!???

Nah, at home and very busy.
made my line up and set my predictions. Have to get used to the interface though.
Yay! I reached the final of the other CDZ cup! How did that happen!!

Yeah, well done. Seems like there is something completely flawed with Hattrick Open. I can't explain otherwise...
But now it will be the end for Lucky Aggie...

Did any of you guys play around and got some hindsight about the normal Hattrick?
I think, after the first round, they are not fully comparable anyway because of these cards and the fatigue thing.
So, I gained no knowledge about Hattrick so far (but I didn't try any detailed analysis anyway)
I gained no knowledge whatsoever. Also, I find the interface to be very confusing. Same goes for the fatigue trait.
I must say that I liked the tournament. Does anyone have another voucher to spend on a 2nd version?

It's not bad, especially that it is faster than a normal CDZ cup via having three games a week (although maybe 2 games per week would be enough also)
Nothing I would spend a lot of money on, but the idea is not bad. THe interface has some nice ideas, but it's not easy to handle over all in my opinion.
Congratulations to arne, who won the prediction thing, IIRC.
Mind you, I won't spend a dime on the game, but as long as it is in beta-test and it's for free, I'm in for a new torunament.
I have a voucher and 2 people already invited. it is twice a week with ht-teams. if your interested I will send you an invitation.

I'm interested to join arne's tournament as well.

I am not really likely to start this week.
My, my, these tournies go fast! It's still quite unclear to me how I know when the tourny starts. Hopefully one of you can help me with that. Furthermore I'd like to note that the only match prediction I got right was the 4-0 loss I suffered against the barbiers. AT least I know my own team.
My tournament still requires 3 teams. Once it starts two games per week will be played. IIRC Monday night and Tuesday night...
i still need 2 or 3 teams will be palying wednessday and sunday.
any takers?
