next week we start. 9 teams am thinking about a suitable format. I am thinking 7 random opponents and last round the "finals"
I can join as well, in order to be 10 of us (if i'm not too late, that is)

I think an even number would be great!
And the format that Arne proposed is fine with an even number. But maybe one group week less and semifinal and final (with battle for places 9 and 10 being played in home and away) would be nice.

OK I will fix a schedule for 10 teams late tonight.
It will include a double header for the tafkaba!
And semifinals-> finals
I thinks i have a schedule for 10 somewhere on a memory stick, so it should not be a big problem.

Solid 3 week injury for my best defender :( Looks like my place at first in the league is a bit of a no shot now!
If my injury list keeps growing as a result of the cdz cup i wont be able to field a team next time. I'm down to 11 active players without an injury and will stay like that for at least another week.

Wow, two injuries. I needed these players in the coming weeks........
KR's Aristocats next week. PPSV is ready, let the slugfest begin :)

This cup is great so far, no injurries worth mentioning.
As for PP's Empty Threats, I'll have to refer to my signature.
I'm proud to be playing in this edition's TAFKABA final and I hope I can take the coveted trophy.

oh, and barbu was by far too strong for me this time...
Will it be the first CDZ cup win for Barbu or the 2nd for Aggie? We need to MoTS next Sunday so that's a plus for Barbu...

Congrats Aggie for the win!
This was a hard fought battle! I guess I need 1-2 better midfields before I can win this thing.
Time to go shopping.
It was very very close. Good game Barbu! It shouldn't be hard to find an affordable strong PM in order to have a better shot at it next season.
This season was a disaster, but at least we won the most important prize.
An update of the CDZ cup Hall of Fame would be nice!!
