On Diggers request this is NOT a hardcore/punk/metal/hardrock song. It's not hard to recognise this song and my guess this one's easily solvable without Google (or another search engine for that matter)

AND...It's a song about addiction for us Civ addicts.

Quick reply Kemal, and of course totally correct. Being a long time Marillion fan they would have come up at some point. A real pity FIsh and Marillion parted their ways. Both never have reached that memorable level they did together imo.

Funny tidbit on this song: I read an interview with Fish about this song on the net. The coughing after the Dr. Finlay part is very real! Fish had had a night of heavy drinking and smoking the night before recording the song.
