The one city is unhappy since I have to jam my axe down to protect against the barbs.
They have hit a lot which has slowed me way down..

So what are you researching? whats the game plan? i assume your pretty far on so why havent you got some happy resources or switched to hered rule or something? why are you building so many wonders and farming so much shouldn't you be cottaging a little? etc :)

A couple screenies. You can see we were pretty far away. I shot for galleons as soon as possible and just kind of ram rodded FR when I got the chance. Sent over a bunch of maces and took him out. I played on a bit and found 5 fully developed barbarian cities on his continent, all roaded together and all. Found about 15 archers, not all together, near his former lands. Remember this rule FR, don't let barbs get out of hand...lol Never send settlers out w/o armed guards, and send 2 if they seem to be raging. Post units on hilltops and cover the dead space to keep them from popping up. I'd like to know what you've been building. Not making fun of you, but it wasn't military. Remember a strong military keeps barbs under control, mauer under control, and gives you some breathing room to build stuff you want/need.
