Dutch memebers: experience with Tiscali ADSL?

ADSL Provider Demon was acquired by XS4all a while ago and is now switching to their own subscriptions. Good time to look for something else.

Any experience with Tiscali? They offer for example a 12000 / 1024 sub for Eur 29,95 / month including telephony. Another Eur 9,95 goes to KPN for using their last mile. Only downside I see is the dynamic IP address.

Anyone has experience with Tiscali?

My parents have had tiscali for years. Their customer service/support is abominable. Are you only looking for a new adsl provider, or are you still using a real phone as well?

AFAIK xs4all is a good provider btw.

No probs for me with xs4all just that they are twice the price.

I have both XS4ALL and Planet internet, also have experience with Demon and several other ISP's but not for ADSL though.

XS4ALL customer support is superb, no other ISP can hold a candle to it. It's even more amazing when you realise they're a part of KPN.
