I won my first ever away cup match, against a guy with tow formidable attacks (righr and left). For the rest he was not so good and he did not even play aow, which seems logical to me in his situation.
1-8.
This probably means I get to play at home now, I guess 6th division. I will check tonight if I stand a chance.

I won 1-6, which was really disappointing to be honest... however somehow I managed to drop to poor organization in the 1st half already, with 3-4-3 at solid? So much for maintaining 2 different systems to play in I suppose. [mad]

I have been very sucessful with doing 2 formations

I have had solid/excelent on 3-4-3 and 3-5-2 all last season

never had a situation arise from it

Kemal, this is probably because you didn't play last Sunday (and what about the one before last ?)...

I lost 0-4 to a VI team. Last season I reached the 2nd round, but that was because I was stepping down from D.VII and thus had a better ranking. [mischief] There was very little chance for me, I'm glad I PICed it and only expected the money (but it rained :( ).

My team got off to a terrible game because somehow it thought that I wanted to use a 2-6-2 formation, despite having it be my default lineup (except used FTW). Additionally, my top GK got hurt and despite having 4 IM and MoTsing I only held 51% possesion. All I can say is ouch.

Managed to win though and that's all that counts I guess

I won 4-0 making ~$69k with my newly upgraded stadium. 13884 (new record) punters showed up on the sunny afternoon. 271 used the VIP seats.. Those things are quite profitable. PIC'ed it gaining 74% and 84% of the possession. I pity that guy now that he has auto-promoted to league V after dominating a bot league

Good news is that my GK got 5 stars which will be very useful when selling him next week :D

My opponent surprised me with a 3-5-2 and probably a MOTS.
He was very lucky that he didn't get more confusion cause he didn't play 3-5-2 for quite some time.
Still I won midfield and had better attack on all sides than his defense and my CD was stronger than his attack.
I only got 2 reported chances while he got four. He got an SE too so I got a 4-2 loss PICing.
Could/should have won this ...

It sucks with my Cup draw I had suck hopes for some stadium renovation income. Oh and tubby...when we meet again I wont be playing my B squad need to put you in your place.

I remember when Simon said that before I kicked his butt for the second time. Simon doesn't like statistics which I think is needed in HT. But He sure can kick a little Tubby-booty in civ :(

No, however he will probably field his B-trainees, because he will expect a win. He probably picced allready the first round.
without any further analysis I would recommend pic with pressing and pray he does not reach 10.
