<s>Smart</s> wxwindmill- Iroqouis Smart dropped out back in July due to time constraints

We are currently on Turn 34

i'll post updates in the coming posts. please feel free to offer advice, give suggestions, or yell at me for doing something stupid. your posts will greatly valued by me, so please post! :)

Here's the update for Turn 34:

I moved my 2 exploring enkidu warriors, as I'm still trying to figure out where everyone is. Since I'm only allowed 5 cities, I'm trying to found cities with the best potential and best chance to have resources. Here's a shot of my empire atm, plus a lot of surrounding land:

To my south is azzaman and to my east is wxwindmill, formerly Smart. I've already made a dotmap of where to found my last 3 cities. Comments on it are very much welcomed:

I would move the right-most dot up one tile north. That way you get sea access and no overlap.

i was actually thinking about doing that awhile back, but doing that would lose me a bonus grassland tile. now that you mention it again, having a second coastal city seems to outweigh an extra 2 shields. thanks for the advice.

Turn 44 Update:

My empire is growing, with a third city to be founded in the coming turns. I also completed a road between my 2 cities, giving my capital access to Iron. I've met azzaman, vikingruler, and wxwindmill so far. I am also 3 turns away from Philosophy, I'm hoping to pull off the Philo Gambit in this game. Here's a screenie of my civ and the surrounding area:
