Ok so I drafted this guy today:

Arie-Jan Brummelhuis (130202984)
19 years, passable form, healthy
A nasty fellow who is balanced and upright.
Has disastrous experience and passable leadership abilities.

Speciality: Technical

Nationality: Nederland
Total Skill Index (TSI): 1 250
Wage: 700 €/week
Owner: PP SV
Warnings: 0
Injuries: Healthy

Stamina: weak Goalkeeping: disastrous
Playmaking: passable Passing: poor
Winger: inadequate Defending: weak
Scoring: passable Set Pieces: weak

Career Goals: 0
Career Hattricks: 0
League goals this season: 0
Cup goals this season: 0

I;m wondering what to do with him. I plan to switrch to wingertraining soon. My thougts:
+ His TSI is quite high for a pull, he could be close to popping somewhere
+ He's quite allround. Should I train his wingerstats he'll be able to play both offensive and to the middle

- He's 19 yrs old, bit old for training though
- winger is only inad

TC gives € 1000,- only.

What shall I do: Train, sell or fire?

I would sell, his winger is too low to train for winger training imho, and scoring is useless as a sideskill for wingers.

Sell him since the two secondaries are useless when combined and inadequate is too low.
