Week 11

I MoTS'ed this week and won 5-0... now I wonder if I needed to. But if I lose a single match I cannot win the series so i guess it was worth it (even though TS went to Furious [aargh])

I was pretty pleased with the ratings I got this week. I played both forwards towards wing.

I play #7 - #5 - then #2 in the last week. so It will be a good race.

#'s one thruogh 4 all play eachother on the last day of the season.

I plan to try PiC - PiC - MoTS for the rest of the season.

Now 3rd place still but 2nd place lost 1-2.

So I'm 1 point behind 2nd place, woot!

Lost 4-1 away vs number one team.
Played with 2 WTMs, PICed, and played creatively...and guess who scored after a SE, yes, my opponent.
But by playing normal I would have lost anyways...
Hope I'll win the other three matches where I have no (real) home advantage...

my thought process was to boost my defense as much as possible because the guy I was playing is much stronger in attack than me. I figured I could not win the attack stats so I thought I'd best win defensively. It may be flawed thinking but.... Scoreboard :D

I won 8-1 vs the 8th placed team, and thankfully managed to get out of the match injury free.

Next week will be the championship-decider as I play no. 2 (and my sole rival for the title) in an away game...

I won 4-0 and now I'm in 3rd place. It's incredibly exciting this season. With only 3 games to go, the numbers 2 to 6 are all within three points of eachother.

I had a draw against away against a non-bot player. I was a bit disappointed. I expected to rule midfield supreme, so I played my stand in defender normal instead off attacking which gave a boost to my defense, I thought I could compensate for this with not piccing. I was wrong, IM's where not in good form, so I only had 60% possesion, poor (very high). It sucks. No I have defeat the number 1 at his place in the last match. At that moment I will have some reinforcements, so all is not lostbut it is starting to look grim.

I have not conceded a single league-goal for 396 minutes now. Relegation is not yet avoided for sure though...

The downside was 2 injurries, my goallie for 2 weeks and my best CA defender for a F***ing 5 weeks. That severely sucks but 10 docs should get him playing in 3 weeks.

If my math is right (prolly not) the Marauders have not been scored on in 552 min of League play [:p] We've only let 6 thru this whole season.

592 minutes in the league without conceding a goal for my side. We've conceded 5 and 4 of those came in the first match of the season.
