What's the effect and speed of training a keeper? I'm training my keepers for 6 weeks now, and Hattrick organizer tells me that I should train for at least another 7 week to improve the skill from 6 to 7.. I thought that training a keeper should go twice as fast.. I've 3 Keeper trainers

It takes 5 weeks with 9 keeper trainers, for a 17 year old. What age are your trainees? You've to add a week for each year over 17.

Ah, age does matter.. Mine are 22 and 26.. I'll stop training them, as i think it's useless (at least, it takes to long! :-))
Does it mean that a 22 year old in your example takes 5 weeks extra due to his age?

Most likely something between 4 and 5 weeks longer.

I train young keepers (max 19 years).
Usually they pop between 5 and 7 weeks.
I've got a solid coach with solid leadership.

The trainingscheme is very simple, that's why i use it (despite pp's efforts to get me on defending or midfield).
