Civ4 version

I'm starting to wonder... if we all have the same Civ4 version ! For the record, I have the European DVD, installed in English, immediately patched with the 1.09 patch found here at CDZ (see main page), before ever launching the game. This is what I get on the main menu :

Do you all have the same exact figures ?

Why does the "Save Version" give "101" ? What does it mean ?

I mean to post pics of the kind in this thread, as time passes by, to be sure someone doesn't have the wrong version or messed up with so many files downloaded from the Internet.

The save version means that you can still play saved games from other versions of Civ4 with this build, as long as they also have been created by a build that shows "save version = 1.01"

My desktop and my laptop. See the differences between them; while it is the same DVD they are loading from. The only difference is that I patched my laptop, and not my desktop.

It seems my laptop was upgraded to 1.08, not to 1.09. Now that it is in 1.09; its identical to Krys'

hm, mine saved a file, next time I try to open it (nothing changed on Civ or system) it complains it expects 'cannot open save version 0, version 100 expected'.

The quicksave of that save (I always use both) worked fine though....
