I figured I'd start a new thread to keep track of the war with the idiot sabbing clan to have one place for info...

Please Let me know what has been confirmed sabbed by them.

Also what we have sabbed. I will keep a running total.

Also if there is anyone else involved.

well I am sure balistic virus is part of their group and will not be surprised when/if he sabs us. But sweet_shadow has no link to these guys other than they have joined under him in order to be able to sab PR at will, I will be very surprised if he gets involved in this!

little fuckwits (pissants to be precise) have little or no weapons to sab :( hence only going for small amounts. sabbing is not going to really hurt these guys, if they keep it up we shall have to mass them etc.

How do I know if they've sabbed me? do I have to keep track of what I have? I'm thinking about hunting soon with ~ 2k turns. Should I wait a bit longer? I only have ~80 BPMs.

Not been attacked yet to not sure if they succeeded.

I only have 539 IS and that has not changed.

BB has done nothing - 11 fails.

Isuicide_solutionI may have done 4 successful sabs, in theory up to 15 IS/BPM each time (well... theoretically 40 but no-one can get more than 15 since the admins tweaked the sab formulas 2 weeks into the age - thankfuck). In reality he cannot have done more than maybe 1 or 2 weapons per hit because your sentry is so big to his spy. I will be surprised if he got 4 in total, more likely he ran out of enthusiasm and/or decided to leave a few times untried so to make you think he might have got them and sell some BPM/IS or something. If he had hit your IS then most likely he would have attacked to break them (you can break sabbed weapons even without defeating them, a defended attack will still break IS), broken BPM's will only be discovered if you use them - then it shows up in the attacklog.

I just realised the other way to hurt these guys (apart from 5x1 massing them) - stealing their gold! obviously only worth doing if they ahve a decent amount but some of them are quite large with no DA :D

Oh and I sold all my IS and BPMs anyway after giving BB a quick 5x1 attacks

tubby - I would buy tools and train men to spy to use them. obviously you need recruits to do this but I cannot even begin to think how you play this game without some income of recruits (even if its just UP) so I won't try ;)

I have 320 UP. I haven't clicked in a long time mainly due to my daughter, going away for work, getting civ 4, and the need for sleep. I'm ranked ~ 4000 in sentry. Not a whole lot but enough. I've been mainly building up for some attacks. I've been trying to run 0 TFF for money protection but occasionally I'll still get hit.

mistfit - updates for the top post; I hit snto not Isuicide_solutionI, I have also just been hit for 6 BPM's from b_b - thats in addition to the 5 he did me for yesterday. I'll hit back later.
btw, if anyone has a read on the no of weapons these guys have can you post the stats so we can see what to go for.

If anyone is around later on msm then we should do a co-ordinated sab/mass etc. as it is I have big problems breaking sabbed IS due to too many attackers... maybe I'll buy some attack mercs but its real expensive for me to attack in merc costs.

Also.. important note for sabbing BPM's/SA - I just discovered that there is a bug which means if your damaged SA weapons are sabbed then when you next repair them they are fixed(!) To take advantadge you have to leave your SA weapons damaged, if they are all repaired already then theres no way to use it. So if their SA weapons arent already damaged they can be sabbed - else if they are damaged its likely they know about the bug so no point sabbing their SA :(

nah, DA is as usual, once broken they stay broken. its always good to attack and break the damaged IS after sabbing - you dont even need to beat them a defended attack will still break damaged DA weapons.

mistfit - add fudge-packer to the list [satan] does someone want to spy him? If possible I'll save my 11 attempts and have 11 goes at sabbing him instead :D (seems the best use of my spy hehe)

I highly suggest you cease and desist before you really anger us. I have no problem spending 5 attack turns and some gold to kill your spies and sentries every day until the end of the age. Neither do the rest of my chain. And with the amount of ridiculous spy accounts our chain has, you will never have more than 10 of any D weapon.
You don't have to admit defeat or wrongdoing or whatever. You just have to stop. Otherwise, this is going to escalate quite badly for you I am afraid.

I might search through his chain and find some better targets under him. We should probably try and organise a mass attack too, smaller armies are better for that of course. Two attacks..

The first attack resulted in no loss of IS.. Balls must have missed.
The second attack resulted also in no loss of IS as I was looking at my intel log at that time and noticed the sabbing.. I sold 10 IS before I was attacked.. :D

I have ~2k attack turns I can start wasting away on these guys. I've been staying out of it since I haven't been hit and am relatively small. I have ~70 Towers now and Covert skill of 10. All of my UP is going to Sentry. I have 10 BPMs and some knives for "savings".
