Takes into account the cost of firing economists when recommending how many you should have

Decent stats site that now covers England and down to VI. Generally provides a lot more stats than hatstats.

Anyone using firefox should have this mod for it. It has lots of nice features throughout it like allowing transfer searches to be saved, colour coding on players and skills, a current selected formation bar on the match screen, a flip tool to flip the lineup around, different graphics if you want a change, calculates lots of stats automatically and has lots of useful links specific to the page.

The first public skill trading tool. Was a thread about in global where it was originally closed and then reopened. Now has CHPP approval although you need firefox to use it.

The second skill trading tool with CHPP approval that has been recently released. Better for non foxtrick users, not sure how accurate it is.
