Just came from theory test and had only 1 mistake in 55 questions [dance]

Only the driving test and I can quote Stapel ;)

Of course with, it's illegal to drive without ;) Even if it wasn't, I'd still wear the helmetībecause I only have 1 head...

Well, here in Texas it is possible to drive with or without. If you drive without, you have to sign some paperwork with insurance company and your premium is a bit higher.

I've had a medical doctor fellow around here who is driving without helmet. They actually allow it here because it seems for the accidents, wearing helmet might save your life but not your spine. Percentage of paralyzed people after the accidents is very high for those who wear helmets but survival rate is higher in this group compared to those who don't wear. That is all statistics however.

Well, must admit there might be another reason. It is so damn hot here in the summer that wearing helmet is a major pain in the ass at +35-40C and 90% humidity.

125cc, I can't drive bigger until I'm 18 and get upgraded licence (current being A1, then getting A just by going to the police station on my 18th birthday)

I can imagine, I drove my test by enduro bike and bad side is the sound is terrible in the town. In off-road, it's just good :D
