With the avatar discussion in the spammerific thread, I have decided to open up a separate thread, inspired by this pic that grahamiam just sent me along with the save.

Interesting. Unfortunately, I don't have much of a personality, so it is exceedingly difficult to try to find something to graphically represent myself that would also suit me.

Dude, stop. You're killing me. A few things I know of you.
1. You're funny. You almost gave us a heart attack in SGOTM6!
2. Obviously very bright. Anyone who is going to one of the top 3 U.S. engineering schools is a pretty bright person.
3. You live in a great part of the U.S.A. There's got to be something from Northern Cal. that you represent?

What represents Northern California? The only thing I can think of is "hella," which people from other parts of California make fun of Northern Californians for saying. For good reason, I should add, as anyone saying something is "hella cool" is a moron.

I don't really know how I fit into that scheme, unfortunately. And yes, I certainly must have some sort of personality, as being an addict falls into that category, and I am an addict (surprise, surprise!). And nothing jumps out at me being something that would represent me in some fashion. Which is why I opened this thread. I don't need to think about that at all. Instead, it is just "Which one of these looks coolest?"

We at SDSM&T claim to be a Hellavu Engineer.
Here is our mascot, but we never really claim him, but it may be more approriate for NoCal with the gold and everything.
