Sorry for delay, it seems that turntracker sometimes does not like me. I usually check it whether it had been updated but it seems I've failed to send two games recently - TC3 aand DMIV. I've played our game within an hour after receiving it and sent via turntracker but did not check for update (had to run for work).

For some strange reason Banzai and I are at war. I only noticed this, because Banzai sent me a PM asking why I declared war. Then I checked and replayed the exact same turn, but then also proposing peace to Banzai.

So that's why you have two savegames in your mailbox, akots. ;)

Ok, I've played the second save which I got from turntracker. Indeed a message popped up at the end of previous turn stating that Japan and Celts are at war. I don't remember who declared on who because it was very brief and I clicked on it. It might be you have coupled peace with some deal and that deal was broken in the process of some war.

We never had a deal involving peace. Not even a deal which lasted for 20 turns, ever. It really makes no sense. [rolleyes]

I do remeber now it was that Japan declared on Celts. It was certainly automatic. [confused]

I did not declare war on Banzai, but the other way around. I could've known, because my cities were suddenly happier, but I didn't think about that. Now all my cities were in disorder, because we signed peace. [cry]

I just checked some of the previous saves and I think it is caused by your war declaration & peace proposal 13 turns ago.

It seems the peace treaty replaced the deal we had, ending after 13 turns. As there is no offer at my side war will be automatically declared when the treaty expires.
And there is nothing to do about that! :(

A while ago akots moved some troops on Japanese territory without declaring war first. That did not make me put up a happy face. I'm not willing to wait until I see his troops and having to declare war on him as well. I want something in return if that's the case: Nagsu.

Akots, just give me Nagsu, or I will capture it myself. Then we can get on with our merry lives and forget all about it. But your previous behavior just needs to be punished. [tongue]

I've sent you the turn twice, immediately after returning from Russia by turntracker (which could have been again losing it somewhere) and also on Sunday by "normal" e-mail. I must admit though that my ISP is somewhat glitchy recently due to Rita and Internet comes on and off at will a few times per day. Since I've been using the ISP mailserver, that could have cause the trouble apparently. Again sorry about that. I'll resend the turn as soon as I get home tomorrow.

sorry for being away for so much time

i've no more personnal computer as i have moved away from home. I'll be able to play again in something like 2 weeks, until this time, you can either play my turn with a replacement player or skip it.
