Hello all,

As most of you have noticed by now, I've founded the "Civ Players Federation". Unfortunately I can't get a decent link to it in HT-mail, but for those who are still searching (or those who wondered who this shabba person was), there's a link in my hattrick profile (and of those of 12 others so far). But if you run a search for a federation with "civ" in it's name it'll show up.

Oh, another thing: welcome to our first non-cdz, non-cfc (afaik) member metah! In his application he wrote "Spearman ;))))) i''d like to join and be a great spearman with 2 points defense". I wonder why nobody wants to be a tank...

An idea on whats up with the link is this.

a) You must be logged into Hattrick.
b) Replace the <XXX> with the number after the www in the address bar in the following address.

http://www<XXX>.hattrick.org/Common/alliances.asp?actionType=show&allianceID=22172

That should work for ya.

That won't work. The link I sent was for www8, and at the time that was the correct adress. If I check the adress now, it's www18. So apparently the url changes over time (or per session, I don't know), so that must be the reason it didn't work. It doesn't matter that much now anyway.

Yes it will work

I said use the number for the server you are logged in as!

For example if you are on as http://www9.hattrick.org/Common/default.asp

then use http://www9.hattrick.org/Common/alliances.asp?actionType=show&allianceID=22172

Oh, you mean that you have to change the link manually? Sure, that'd work. Pretty lousy link though. Enjoying your status as hattrick's first spam fairy btw?

Yes thanks for that.

I did start the federation conference off last night as well.

However it does seem to be not working for me atm. :(

Yeah, a pity. Luckily we've got this back up forum here.
