update: received text message to cell phone from stapel:

'Stau auf der Autobahn bei München wegen eines Gepäckträgers auf der Fahrbahn - vermutlich ein Kaakopp'

(traffic jam on the Autobahn near Munich because of a carrir rack on the lane - probably a cheese-head('s)!'




About 8 hours later another message:

'Der Bastiaan Stapel dankt das deutsche Roten Kreuz für heiße Choclat! Noch immer in der naehe von Muenchen :(.'

(Bastiann Stapel thanks the German Red Cross for hot choclat! Still near Munich :()

yeah, we ended up in 60km stau on the A9, from Nuernberg to Muenchen. What a fuck up. We left Ommen at 7:30, and arrived in Bad Gastein at 4:30.

Actually, it is: "negativ ionisierter Wasser" from the local water fall. It has been fooling the greatest of German Speaking Europe: Kaiser Wilhelm, Johann Strauss, Schubert and a dozen others.
