Second try, this time in 1.22. Hopefully we will be able to finish this one!
I THINk beam needs a lot of beer to get into a good mood - my start is not really promising:

This will be part two of the songtitle contest: I will name my capital
Name the place
Remeber: the line may be in several songs - if you egt the right one you get 2 points. If you get the wrong one you get 1 point and I will name the NEXT town with another line from the right song. You may participate again (so you possible get 3 points). if nobody solves with two lines, i will name the third town with anotehr line - now you can only get 1 point.
