Crowd: 9762

Weather conditions were fairly good for football, and destroyersofhope Arena saw a crowd turnout of 9762. destroyersofhope had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. They fielded: Buijsman - van Run, Bouvy, Génova - Helmus, Gunneweg, Hellenbrand, De Poorter, Kaelen - Hoogendijk, Sousa.

PP tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination. They fielded: Peeters - Tudor, van Zeeland, Boote - Kiilerich, van Harsselaar, Schulte, Daemen, Benetis - Beugels, Niezing.

destroyersofhope mostly ignored the flanks in favour of attacks in the middle. Brunis Benetis was dominating his wing and kept sending fine balls into the enemy box - Rolf Beugels managed to kick one of them into 0 - 1 in the 2nd minute. Jan Willem Hoogendijk made a superb strike at the goal in the 20:th minute with a long shot coming in from straight in front of the goal, but one of the visitors defenders got a foot in and warded it off to a corner. After 26 minutes Jan Willem Hoogendijk got through on the right and was very close to equalising for the home side, but didn´t get the shot away. Jan Willem Hoogendijk pulled a real crowd pleaser as he, in the 28:th minute, wove through the guests whole central defense line and put the 1 - 1 equaliser away. Toon Niezing of PP received a yellow card in the 36:th minute for unsportsmanlike behaviour. The teams went for a half-time break at 1 - 1. destroyersofhope held the ball, with a clear 63 percent possession rate.

PP took the lead after 65 minutes with 1 - 2. Rolf Beugels placed the ball out of reach for the home sides keeper after a fine move, coming in from the left. Niels Jan Hellenbrand was just a finger´s breadth away from an equaliser for destroyersofhope, but Jochum Peeters managed to ward the closing shot off for a corner. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, PP´s Vlad Tudor got himself booked. The visitors Allard Boote took advantage of an error due to a misunderstanding between the home side´s goalie and central backs in the 76:th minute. 1 - 3 for PP. 76 minutes into the game Vlad Tudor had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came Milko Agter. After 76 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for Toon Niezing who increased PP´s lead to 1 - 4. PP showed their counterattack skill in the 77:th minute, with Allard Boote scoring uncontested for 1 - 5. By now PP were drawing the troops back in order to defend their lead. destroyersofhope, bringing the final ball possession rate to 62 percent, dominated the battle.

The most dominating destroyersofhope player was without a doubt Jan Willem Hoogendijk. Siem Helmus was a disappointment, however. PP´s best player was Jarl Kiilerich. However, Milko Agter made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 1 - 5.

Another win, quite amazed as his possession rate was much higher. I'm pretty sure he MOTS'ed, this game and the next are the ones that most likely determine who'll promote. Quite a drawback Tudor is injured, he's one of my winger trainees and his injurie postpones the selling of Benetis who's sale is to pay for my keeper trainer program. GRRRR.

Good result pp, and I suppose this result againt destroyers means another +1 points for PP SV in case you end the league with the same amount of points (if "onderling resultaat" is taken into account rather than goal differences of course). Could very well be another promotion coming up! [goodjob]

As for Snaken's match, we played the banned user, who despite not having logged in since late october, when he was banned, still fields the second most dangerous squad of the league, because of 3 very strong midfielders outclassing even my own, and a good striker that currently is still no1 in the topscorers ranking. On the other hand, they miss one of their wingers, play a 1 star keeper now, and another keeper as wingback, so they did have their weak spots, which Snaken tried to capitalize on:

4433 spectators had come to Harm Wolters en Jannes Arena this cloudy day. zwolle had chosen a strategic 3-4-2 formation. They fielded: Christensen - Klop, Huijsman, Broersma - Jaguszewski, Molborn, Boode, Pavasoviæ - Lelie, Mathys.

Snaken had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. The following players had been chosen: Durzyñski - Meesen, Poorter, Öztürk - Struikman, Kajak, Lucado, Hintermayr, Irvine - Harpaz, Böõr.

With 17 minutes played Gilles Mathys almost gave the home side the lead with an unexpected free kick set up, but visitors Marcin Durzyñski was onto it, grabbing the would be break through ball. zwolle seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and were down to the poor level of organisation. Seemingly due to lack of experience, Laurenty Kajak needlessly tripped an opponent just outside the penalty area, but the free kick that followed didn't succeed. Hadar Harpaz stunned the crowd with a brilliant counterattack from the left, giving Snaken the goal to make it 0 - 1. Aron Klop of zwolle received a yellow card in the 33rd minute for unsportsmanlike behaviour. Krisztián Böõr increased the visitors lead by putting a volley shot away on a pass from the right. 0 - 2. After this Snaken lowered the tempo in order to concentrate on their defensive efforts. Snaken came close to extending their lead as Hadar Harpaz delivered a long range shot from the right but the angle was too sharp, and the shot hit the side of the goal. The teams went for a half-time break at 0 - 2. Snaken, bringing the final ball possession rate to 59 percent, dominated the battle.

zwolle -coach had an extra briefing during the break, and after that his players had passable organisation. In the games 51st minute Laurenty Kajak nearly put the visitors another one up as he broke through and fired from just outside the box, his shot passed just over the bar. In the games 67:th minute Stephan Huijsman recieved a blow to the hip due to a collision, and was unable to continue. zwolle had made all their substitutions, and were forced to go on with a reduced lineup. In the 75:th minute Gilles Mathys passed through the guests central line of defense, scoring the 1 - 2 goal. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, zwolle´s Gaudi Boode got himself booked. Some fine manouvering on the left lead to an 78:th minute Snaken goal, making it 1 - 3. Wilm Meesen was noted down as the scorer. Snaken held the ball, with a clear 53 percent possession rate.

Most important zwolle player was Jacobus Broersma. Aron Klop on the other hand, had a terrible day. Snaken´s best player was Marcin Durzyñski. However, Wilm Meesen made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 1 - 3.

2745 spectators had found their way to The Dawg House, despite the heavy rain. dawgs started off with a 3-4-3 lineup. The following players had been chosen: Lona - Graf, Marvelde, Bass - Batts, Jackson, Parks, Baca - Parker, Vigil, Shaver.

Yellow had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. They fielded: Brown - Falbrant, Slipèeviæ, Fernández - Pilar, Mahmoud, Villar, Biler, Örnbom - Tomlin, Burney.

After 15 minutes Yellows Billie Tomlin made his way through the middle, putting the visitors up 0 - 1. After 19 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for Mats Falbrant who increased Yellow´s lead to 0 - 2. 22 minutes into the game Yellow were awarded a penalty and Shadi Qassem Mahmoud was able to increase the visitors lead to 0 - 3 rolling the ball in by the right post. The game had been on for 27 minutes when Billie Tomlin broke through to the right, upping the score to the home crowd´s dismay. Yellow´s were up 0 - 4. Halftime score was 0 - 4. Yellow held the ball, with a clear 85 percent possession rate.

Yellow had, after 47 minutes of the game, worked the left side industriously, creating several opportunities to add to their lead, but somehow didn´t achieve closure. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, dawgs´s Harvey Graf got himself booked. Arthur Marvelde showed great fighting spirit and didn´t seem to mind the rain at all. Yellow came close to extending their lead as Theodore Burney delivered a long range shot from the right but the angle was too sharp, and the shot hit the side of the goal. The visitors Rickard Örnbom took advantage of an error due to a misunderstanding between the home side´s goalie and central backs in the 75:th minute. 0 - 5 for Yellow. After this Yellow lowered the tempo in order to concentrate on their defensive efforts. One of many good passes from Tomislav Pilar at the wing was recieved and skillfully taken care of by Billie Tomlin, scoring for Yellow to 0 - 6. By then Billie Tomlin was a three time scorer - a hat trick! Yellow´s Theodore Burney made it through the home teams defence in the 82nd minute, and had only to place the ball in an unguarded goal when the home side´s defender sprang up from the left, clearing the ball on the line. After 83 minutes of game time Shadi Qassem Mahmoud received an excellent opportunity to add to the visitors lead, clipping a volley hooked in from the right, but Sócrates Lona was in the right place, tipping the ball to a corner. Yellow, bringing the final ball possession rate to 94 percent, dominated the battle.

Most important dawgs player was Arthur Marvelde. Earl Bass on the other hand, had a terrible day. Most important Yellow player was Shadi Qassem Mahmoud. However, Mats Falbrant made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 6. Another solid win for me. The first half of the season has gone remarkably well; hopefully my luck holds for the next half!

quote:29988 spectators had come to F.C.Crysia Arena this cloudy day. F.C.Crysia had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. The following players had been chosen: Tavares - Eftimie, Vizirean, Grimaldi - Fagergren, Rundstrand, Lerm, Sundmar, Cigoli - Rating, Kristoffersen.

Chimica had chosen a strategic 3-4-3 formation. Lineup: Gruia - Rãdulescu, Er#337;ss, Spiridon - Lucescu, Kiskapusi, Turcu, Pahontu - Bos, Åhltorp, Macavei.

F.C.Crysia saw most attack opportunites on the wings and were directing their passes that way. F.C.Crysia were very close to putting themselves one up in the 4:th minute as John Kristoffersen got through, but failing in concentration, he shot the ball wide. F.C.Crysia created a good opportunity to score in the games 7:th minute when Hannfried Rating`s hooked ball created a scuffle in front of the goal, and the visitors defenders had a hard time clearing the ball. The referee showed Chimicas Florin Spiridon the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Chimica´s 0 - 1 goal came from a questionable penalty. Olivér Er#337;ss struck that one home without a second thought. The teams went for a half-time break at 0 - 1. F.C.Crysia held the ball, with a clear 53 percent possession rate.

77 minutes into the game John Kristoffersen was really close to evening the score out with a dangerous long range shot, but the ball went just wide of the bar. Kristian Åhltorp finished off the counterattack from the left rather easily, scoring 0 - 2 for Chimica. After 82 minutes Chimicas Dan Pahontu had to be carried off on a stretcher in agony. Florin Gruia came in instead of him. F.C.Crysia had a brilliant opportunity to reply as Niklas Fagergren received a high ball from the right, striking the ball still in the air. Only Florin Gruia´s reflexes saved him. After 87 minutes Bengt-Arne Sundmar could have reduced had it not been for an excellent block by the visitors keeper Florin Gruia. In the 87:th minute F.C.Crysias Stefan Lerm received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. Bengt-Arne Sundmar had a good opportunity to reduce in the 87:th minute but wasn´t cool enough. The ball went miles over the bar. F.C.Crysia held the ball, with a clear 54 percent possession rate.

The most dominating F.C.Crysia player was without a doubt Cláudio Tavares. Hannfried Rating on the other hand, had a terrible day. Chimica´s best player was Kristian Åhltorp. However, Florin Gruia made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 2.
Close game but well deserved victory with a relatively weak team. Now a second team was closed in my group and I expect his line-up to reset later this week (Kemal, check your opponent just before the game, you might not need to field the good team next week). Currently third but hope to get the no. 2 spot that I had last year.
Boots, nice season so far, you haven't conceded any goals.

I had just that problem. Was looking forward to playing the whipping boy of the league only to log on as the match had started and find a different team in its place. Thankfully I had decided to go for a normal game in the away leg of the double header and this was the result...

quote:5811 spectators arrived at hoo doo athletic Arena, where weather conditions were pretty good for football. athletic had chosen a strategic 4-4-2 formation. The following players had been chosen: Jeffrey - Carn, Mark, MacGaw, MacConchy - Mullen, Butler, Anderson, Wicks - Beaumont, Murray.

Manglers had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. The following players had been chosen: Paiva - Spreadbury, Bryan, Carrol - de Klaver, Turner, Davis, Almlius, Hautala - Greenwood, Taylor.

Manglers mostly ignored the flanks in favour of attacks in the middle. Manglers´s Walsh Greenwood gave the visitors a 0 - 1 lead in the 4:th minute with a superb strike from the right. After 21 minutes Manglers´s Mark Bryan contracted a slight foot injury, but could finish the game. In the games 23rd minute Walsh Greenwood nearly put the visitors another one up as he broke through and fired from just outside the box, his shot passed just over the bar. The visitors David Spreadbury took advantage of an error due to a misunderstanding between the home side´s goalie and central backs in the 39:th minute. 0 - 2 for Manglers. In the 40:th minute Manglerss David Spreadbury received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. The teams went for a half-time break at 0 - 2. The fortyfive minutes were dominated by Manglers, with an impressive 81 percent possession of the ball.

Some fine manouvering on the left lead to an 50:th minute Manglers goal, making it 0 - 3. Walsh Greenwood was noted down as the scorer. The visitors Stephen Taylor took advantage of an error due to a misunderstanding between the home side´s goalie and central backs in the 51st minute. 0 - 4 for Manglers. athletics Michael MacGaw got himself booked after a foul. 68 minutes into the game Michael MacGaw had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came Paul Dugan. Manglers came close to extending their lead as David Spreadbury delivered a long range shot from the right but the angle was too sharp, and the shot hit the side of the goal. The referee signalled a penalty in the 87:th minute following an offence just inside of the box. Stephen Taylor knocked home 0 - 5 just out of reach for the goaltender. By now Manglers were drawing the troops back in order to defend their lead. Manglers, bringing the final ball possession rate to 92 percent, dominated the battle.

The most dominating athletic player was without a doubt Paul Dugan. Charles Carn was a disappointment, however. Manglers´s best player was Ian Turner. Erdem de Klaver was a disappointment, however. The match ends 0 - 5.

Good game for me. Walshie baby is screaming up the top scorers chart, these 2 goals follow a hattrick last week.

Also like boots I am yet to lose this season!
