Seems odd that the final ended was so one sided with Sweden winning 2-0 against England at the final group stage.

IIRC Sweden has three times more users, so that should translate into the result.

Strangely enough the English league is pretty small, it is one of the oldest but only has 10,000 players versus Sweden with 34,000.

Makes sense, Scotland is as old as Romania in the Hattrick world but still has a number of 225 players per 1,000,000 population compared to Romania’s 659/million. ;)

225 players/million times 5 makes 1,125 players at a population of roughly 5 million.
