Killer vs opd MAP MADE (Beam)

I'd like to request a map for a game between Lt.Killer and myself.

CIV version: C3C v1.22

Player order
Player1: opd - Aztecs
player2: killer - Sumer

Difficuly Level: emp

Map parameters: small, pangea, 4 mill, anything else random or makers choice.

If possible can the map be balanced for resources and start position excess food, :)

Also with a bonus settler and worker at the start.

Not too near the coast would be nice too, :)

Anything else can be random or up to the MM's discretion.
