That's proof that "Iraqi democracy" is a sham, the mexican federal election institute is giving the iraqi interim goverment "classes" on voting systems and procedures [hammer]... note that for 70 years we've had fraudulent elections and still do in many many states and municipalities. Well now that's where we're trully democratic; over here even dead people get to vote...for the ruling party of course, then we get the ever famous the-lights-whent-out and when they come back in by divine intervention the ruling party is ahead in votes...Right now we're in campain for mayor here. On the one hand you've got a jurnalist killer/endangered species fur user and importer/misoginist and all around creepy guy and on the other a culturally impaired/ignorant cunt....and those are the main parties.
