I managed to complete it on hard, and I have done the first level on insane once. I tried again on insane and I can't complete the first level a second time...

Man that was weird!

However I was expecting one of those games were its like you're the lone gunman shooting the other gunmen who pop up from behind barrels and from the sideo of the screen, only reversed.
