OMG, look what the humble mapmaker gave you. Cow, game, hut! Baby civs best learn sailing in confined waters btw.;)

I don't know the settings of the game (other than Deity), but even without knowledge of it, I'd say : settle now and go settler factory. [cool] If you posted an early pic of the 21 tiles, I could see if you can reproduce the wonderful factory that I set up in my game vs Killer ( [coool] to Killer). It wasn't far from your position : Byzantines, start 2 tiles inland (from what I see), +5 food. More bonus grasslands or 1 more food bonus could help a lot, or course.

Good luck, and now I'm gonna say the same in Sky's spoiler, since the ony thing that interests me in Civ is to set up a factory. :D (a bit harsh there...)
